Sam has a different take on emails and how you can use and leverage them. With the Inbox function all your emails are directly available to be assigned to any project. This makes the process of managing and organizing them very quick and efficient. No need to interrupt your work to deal with them right away, in case you would forget about taking care of a last minute change or request. Once assigned, they become the starting point to many activities.

Set your email account
There are two specific guides for GMail and Microsoft Office 365, refer to them if needed. The present guide is for all other account types.
In the top bar menu click on the Setting icon.
Select Settings and My Email Account in the Left side menu.
To add a new Email account Click on + New
A new account definition will appear. Complete it.
Now you are ready to receive your emails in Sam9000’s Inbox
How to assign emails to a project
In the top bar menu you can see how many emails are currently in your inbox ready to be organized.
Select an email and click on Assign Project.
When should you assign an email?
When possible Sam will make suggestion to what project this emails should be assigned. You can also go to All projects to have access to the other projects.
Once you press Select the email will be attached to the selected project. !! Please note that you will then be in the project and ready to create a task for it.
To go back to the inbox click on Inbox in the top bar menu
How to create a task related to an email.
Select an email in the list and click on +Task
Once created the task will have a direct link to the email it was created from, for quick access.
