First, there is a big difference between creating a new Team account, and adding a new user, member to a team. You add new users with the Settings menu within Sam9000|APM. An account refers to an entire new Team. Anyone can create a new Team, even if you are already member in another Team. However, you can login only in one team at a time (although you can easily open multiple windows and login in several teams at once). From one session in Sam, you can only see information related to a single team, within that window. A Team Account is entirely independent from every other team. It requires a subscription, once the trial expires. Members in a team do not pay any additional subscription fee. Everything is included in the Team's subscription. All you need to create a Team account and trial is an email address.
Login with Email Access Code When you create your account, and later when you sign in, you will receive a one time access code by email. This one time code is generated every time. This is why, you do not need a password. This is called a password-less system, and it is much more secure than others. For example, there is no point in hacking the system, since there is no password to steal. We generate one every time, and we send it directly to you. When you login, Sam asks you your Email Access Code. This is a short sequence of numbers and letters. It always starts with a three letters or numbers then a dash. You should type the part after the dash (-). That being said if you type the full code you received by email, including the part before the dash, Sam will accept it. Comments are closed.
